Most recently, Mr. Hamilton served as the Associate Director for InfoTrends/CAP Ventures’ On Demand service, conducting graphic arts market research, supporting custom consulting projects, and providing editorial content for product and market analysis reports. He has been involved with the graphic arts and publishing industries for over 15 years. Prior to joining InfoTrends/CAP Ventures in 1995, Mr. Hamilton worked at Linotype-Hell as an Applications Analyst and Author of the company's Technical Information Series. Mr. Hamilton has an M.S. Degree in Printing Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology (R.I.T.) and a B.A. Degree in German from Amherst College.

Most recently, Ms. Machado served as a Research Analyst for InfoTrends/CAP Ventures’ On Demand and Digital Peripherals Solutions Consulting Services. Since joining InfoTrends/CAP Ventures, she has demonstrated exceptional client service, providing subscribers with valuable forecast and tracking information. Prior to joining InfoTrends/CAP Ventures, Ms. Machado was a Research Analyst for Hammacher Schlemmer & Co. in Chicago. In this capacity, she managed hands-on product evaluations, conducted market research and customer surveys, and published online consumer-help newsletters and articles. Ms. Machado received a B.A. Degree in English and Political Science from Clemson University.
