InfoTrends Releases In-Depth Study Entitled Who Buys Wide Format


(Weymouth, MA) May 21, 2009 . . . InfoTrends is pleased to announce the release of a major multi-client study entitled Who Buys Wide Format. According to this survey, corporate print buyers are ready to reenergize the wide format digital graphics market, with strong planned expenditures on wide format digital graphics and with a firm endorsement of the effectiveness of wide format graphics for delivering the advertising information they want to convey.

The Who Buys Wide Format study, which includes more than 700 survey respondents consisting of corporate print buyers (300), print service providers (300), and consumers (100), indicates which vertical markets are reporting the strongest buying intentions from the buyer side and which drive the largest volume from the print service provider side. Both corporate print buyers and print service providers reported on trends in applications, order frequency, and fulfilment requirements. More than 100 consumers also provided input on where they would buy wide format graphics and the characteristics of the wide format prints they would buy.
