TransPromo Summit Makes a Bold Statement

(Weymouth, MA) August 30, 2007…InfoTrends’ much-anticipated TransPromo Summit opened to rave reviews last Wednesday in New York City. Over 300 attendees from 33 states and 15 countries packed the sessions to hear from InfoTrends’ analysts and industry leaders.

The TransPromo Summit was the first event of its kind to address the unique issues and challenges faced by vendors, service providers, and corporate users in the transaction printing space. The event brought together a forum of thought leaders to share ideas and perspectives and to discuss what needs to be done to accelerate market growth.

Attendees learned how others are leveraging the power of bold design, vibrant color, and variable data to transform bills and statements into highly individualized customer marketing communications.

“It showed me the that worlds of statement printing and DM [Direct Mail] are going to merge via TransPromo and that those who are quick to accept this change will benefit the most,” commented Roman Petr, Copy General.

In addition to the conference program, attendees had the opportunity to network with peers during the technology showcase. Industry-leading vendors and service providers were on hand to discuss the latest hardware, software, and services that are currently available to make TransPromo a reality.

“For every dollar put into this TransPromo implementation, you’ll see about $11 in return,” commented Jeff Hayzlett, CMO of Kodak’s Graphic Communications Group during a keynote presentation. “This is a real revenue generator that can produce for marketers today."
