Mr. Palmer joins InfoTrends/CAP Ventures with over 15 years of experience in the printer industry. Most recently Mr. Palmer served clients of Lyra Research’s Digital Photography Advisory Service. Prior to that, he was Managing Editor of Lyra’s Hard Copy Observer newsletter. In this capacity, Mr. Palmer was responsible for researching and writing on a broad range of digital imaging products and markets.
