How do I register for an event?
Registration is easy. InfoTrends offers several options to submit your registration including online, phone, and fax. For registration details for a specific event, visit our events page.

I registered for an event; when will I receive my confirmation?
Confirmations for registrations are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Confirmations are e-mailed to registrants. Please provide a valid e-mail address when registering.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations received in writing will be refunded less a processing fee up until two weeks prior to the scheduled event. Cancellations received within two weeks prior to an event will not be eligible for a refund. All cancellations must be received in writing and can be sent to InfoTrends at the address below or faxed to . Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.
