Research Analyst Shelly Ortelt is a research analyst for InfoTrends’ Network Document Solutions and Dynamic Software Strategies consulting services. In this role, she is responsible for responding to client inquiries, conducting market research and analysis, and providing coverage of industry events. Prior to joining InfoTrends, Ms. Ortelt has gained professional and educational experience developing business and market strategies based on data collection and analysis. Her background includes experience within the journalism and survey research fields. Ms. Ortelt earned a Bachelor of Arts from Endicott College, where she graduated Cum Laude. She also holds a Master of Science from Suffolk University, where she is a Pi Sigma Alpha member.
